Services of Leaders and Rovers are needed in Flood and Rain Affected Areas of Sindh

Further to District circular no: SBSA/30-I/272 dated August 4, 2010, you are requested to submit the names of Leaders and Rovers willing to join in the Relief Operation in Flood and Rain affected areas in Sindh immediately with their 1X1 photographs in Scout Uniform.

Please treat this as most urgent & important.

Text of Sindh Boy Scouts Association aforesaid circular is reproduced hereunder:

“Sindh Boy Scouts Association has desires that the Scout Leaders, Rovers and Scouts of Sindh Province should immediately launch Relief Operation in the “Rain / Flood Affected Areas” of Province of Sindh.

As such you are required to immediately organize your Scouts, Rovers and Leaders for rendering services to the rain affected areas in cooperation with local Administration, so that the aggrieved families can get back to some sort of normal life as soon as possible. Further your Scouts should be ready for any emergency call for anywhere in the country.

You are requested to subsequently forward report along with action photographs to this Provincial Headquarters through your respective District on completion of the said operation.

This should be treated as MOST IMMEDIATE.

You are requested to inform the Unit Leaders of Rovers Unit to activate Rovers in assisting the needy and affected persons without loss of time and also ensure timely action.

We forward hereunder the Messages of our Ismaili Chief Scout to our Association (1986) and the District (2009) for the guidance, motivation and inspiration of the members of our District:
